It's not a quick hop, so when we book a call out here we plan for the drive and we say so up front rather than promising a same-hour arrival we can't back up. We don't keep a truck stationed in Belvedere or anywhere on the peninsula, every job here starts with a drive down from Novato, and that's worth knowing before you call, because it means scheduling a window rather than an on-demand knock on the door.
